William K. "Bill" Miller

William K. “Bill” Miller, of Groesbeck (Box Church area), passed away Thursday, November 11, 2014 in the Groesbeck LTC. He was 83, and had been battling cancer for some time. Bill was born in Mt. Calm, Michigan on June 24, 1931, and he and his wife had lived in Box Church more than twenty years, where he operated a lawn mower repair shop. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ann in 2004. He was also preceded in death by two sisters, Jean Hooker and Mildred Chase and two brothers, Dale and Lawrence Miller. Bill's survivors include one sister, Deloris Foote of Howard City, Michigan and a sister-in-law, Rachel Miller in Lady Lake, Florida; also friends, Roger Houser, Loyd McCormick, Navi, Joey McFerran and more of the Box Church gang of friends.
