Donna Marie Wells

Donna M. Wells, of Groesbeck, passed away Friday, October 23, 2009, at Providence Hospital in Waco, following a brief illness. Donna was born January 18, 1931 in Danbury, Connecticut to Frank and Amelia Oatis. She grew up and lived in Connecticut until moving to Texas. She lived in Groesbeck the past twelve years. Donna enjoyed being able to serve as a volunteer in the Foster Grandparents program at the Mexia State School for several years. She had many friends, and we will be missed by all the friends and family. Donna is survived by a daughter, Candace Miller and Keith Eaves of Groesbeck; son, Jeffrey Miller and wife Diane of Los Banos, California; Son Vincent Miller and Annie Miller of Lake Jackson; six grandchildren, Jeffrey, Jason, Brandon, Sabrina, Sophea, and Samantha Miller of Los Banos, CA; and a sister, Janet Slate of South Carolina.
