Betty Marie Jutson

Betty Marie Jutson, 85, passed away on September 11, 2021 at the Groesbeck LTC facility.

A grave site service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 25, 2021, at New Hope Cemetery in Jewett.

She was born June 30, 1936, in Mexia, Texas to Katie and William Isbell. She was married on July 17, 1950 to James Norris Jutson and resided in Groesbeck, Texas where they had their children Nathern, Alice, and James.

Betty worked as a nurse’s aide, was a line foreman in a local sewing factory and was a housewife. She loved to dance, listen to music. Some of her hobbies included: reading, sewing, playing board/card games, talking on the phone to loved ones, raising plants and spending time with her friends and family.

She is survived by her children Nathern Jutson, of Liberty Hill; Alice (Troy) Bozeman, of Groesbeck; James Jutson, of Levering, Michigan, Terrie (Joe) Sunday, of San Antonio; grandchildren, Jamey (Kim) Jutson, of Levering Michigan; Amber (Brett) Even, of Liberty Hill; James Roy Jutson, El Dorado Hills, California; Heaven (Eduardo) Alcala, of Carp Lake Michigan; TJ Bozeman and Joanie Bozeman; of Groesbeck. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, along with her best friend and Aunt, “ Lillie Pearl”.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Pompe Warrior Foundation, a disease that continues to run in the family.
