Jennifer was born in Corsicana on April 11, 1980, to Robert Winstead and Donna Wilkins Winstead. She grew up in Mexia and graduated from Mexia High School in the Class of 1998.
While raising her son, Jennifer earned an Associates’ degree from McLennan Community College in Waco, TX and began working in the healthcare field as a “PTA” Physical Therapist Assistant at Groesbeck LTC. She worked for many years as a PTA at multiple facilities in the Freestone and Limestone County area, and most recently was employed at the Teague Nursing Home.
Jennifer loved music, especially old country. She enjoyed watching Luke’s Ranch Rodeos and going to the boy’s ball games. She really liked checking the cows which was a good reason to cruise and listen to music.
Her life was devoted to her love for her sons and her family. She was a kind and considerate friend to everyone and put everyone before herself. Jennifer was a member of the Freestone Cowboy Church and spent many nights studying her Bible. The family finds peace in knowing she was saved and now with her Lord and Savior.
