Jimmie Dewayne Lenamond

Jimmie Lenamond peacefully passed away unexpectedly while on vacation on September 22, 2021 in Rapid City, SD.  He enjoyed traveling and had a big heart for his family and friends. Jimmie was a strong believer in the Lord and loved his church.  He will be greatly missed by all. 

He was survived by his wife, Donna Lenamond of Waco, TX; daughters, Shannon (Nicoda Dubose) Owen of Hewitt, Texas and Delilah (Allen) Gardner of Mobile, Alabama; son, Jeremy Welch of Hewitt, TX; siblings, Glenda Shaw of Desoto, TX, Sandra and Darwin of Waxahachie, TX; grandkids, Marissa, Matthew and Maliah Owen, Daniel Dubose, Josef, Treshawn, Olivia, Dana, and Myron; and two great-grandkids.   

He was preceded in death by his parents, Granville and Bennie Lenamond; and son-in-law, Gill Shaw.

Memorial services for Jimmie is set for Saturday, October 2.  Greetings and visitation time from 10:30am – 11:30am, with the memorial service starting at 11:30am at the Old West Cowboy Church in Robinson, Texas.
