Shirley Josephine Hunt

Shirley Josephine Hunt passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2024, in Westlake, Ohio, at age 81.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, April 29, 2024, in Eutaw Cemetery at Kosse, TX.

Shirley was born September 6, 1942, in Kosse to Cebron Clay Boney and Floy (Higgins) Boney, who have preceded her in death.  She grew up in Spring, TX.  and after she was married, lived in Houston.

She worked 35 years for Joe Meyers Ford. She loved her family and was a good mother.

Shirley is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Sheila Ann and Jack Allday, Sr. of Magnolia; son, Jerrell G. Hunt, Jr. of Elyria, Ohio; and son and daughter-in-law, Robbin Joe and Martha Hunt of Bastrop; grandchildren, Billy Joe Cordes, Sarah Louviere, Cori McRae, Philip McRae, Emma Hunt, Dale Klein, John N. Allday, Jr. and Paula Allday; and numerous great grandchildren.
